Please read these Terms carefully before using GrowthForge. They govern your use of our platform and services.
By accessing or using GrowthForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and GrowthForge Ltd.
GrowthForge provides an AI-powered marketing and growth management platform, including market analysis, campaign strategy generation, AI agent workflows, and campaign management tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our Pricing page.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use GrowthForge. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using GrowthForge on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@growthforge.ai if you suspect any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are stated in GBP and are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
Where a one-time Analysis tier or free trial is offered, the scope and deliverables are as described on the Pricing page. One-time purchases are non-refundable once delivery has commenced. Trial periods, where offered, do not require payment information unless explicitly stated.
You agree not to use GrowthForge to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations. • Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform. • Use the Service to promote illegal products, hate speech, or deceptive advertising. • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent. We reserve the right to suspend access immediately for violations without prior notice.
GrowthForge retains all rights to the platform, its underlying technology, and brand assets. You retain ownership of all content and data you upload or create using the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service. AI-generated outputs (strategies, copy, reports) are provided to you under a non-exclusive licence for your business use.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Service. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific marketing results, revenue increases, or campaign performance. AI-generated recommendations are advisory only — you are responsible for all marketing decisions and spend.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthForge's total liability arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you lose access to the Service and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any right you may have as a consumer under applicable local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
